What's Included?
Bi-Annual 21-Point Inspections: Every 6 months (Spring and Fall), our GAF Certified pros will get on your roof to check for shingles, flashing, and gutter issues. We catch the small stuff before it becomes a disaster.
We will re-seal and paint pipes and flashings while we are on the roof.
The No-Leak Guarantee: As long as you're a member, if your roof leaks, we're there to fix it. Period. No service call fees, no hassle.
Priority Response: If there's an emergency in the Edmond/OKC area, members go to the front of the line. We'll have a tech out to your house within 24 hours of your call.
Free Minor Maintenance: During your inspections, we'll handle small stuff like resealing pipe boots or clearing minor debris at no extra cost.
Free Energy assessment and Water detection.
Military/Veteran Discount: Active duty and vets get their first inspection on us.
Free Tarp & Mitigation Repairs for those affected during a storm event(we will bill the insurance company for you).
